Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Manager to lead and build our insurance sales business from the ground up that will include all the Insurance verticals viz Life, General and Health. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Marketing with 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in handling insurance selling division in NBFCs. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for the entire Insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish the complete insurance business that includes sales and operations.
• Build and manage relationships with insurance companies.
• Build and manage relationships with vehicle dealers where company is doing finance business and onboarding those dealers for selling our insurance products.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to promote insurance products.
• Lead, train, and supervise the insurance team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and analyze insurance claims, renewals, and policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other companies to integrate insurance solutions into overall business processes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA in Marketing or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in insurance management.
• Prior experience working with NBFCs will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations .
• Proven leadership and team-building skills .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach .

Location:

Udaipur, Rajasthan – Candidates willing to relocate or based in Udaipur preferred.
