Area Sales Manager - Oil and Staples
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager for Oil and Staples plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position is crucial for ensuring efficiency and quality in the management of oil and staple products, directly impacting our organization's profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of oil and staple products.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain relationships.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and handle stock replenishment in alignment with market trends.
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in handling oil and staple products.
Analyze operational performance metrics and generate reports for upper management to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the oil or staples industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights for operational improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to oil and food safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
