Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage & Handle Existing Business – Key Account Manager
- Expand Business share in West region OEM & Tier 1 (mainly M&M).
- Must have worked closely in Mahindra along with Tier 1 (West Region).
- Identify and screen customers/ Products and Competition.
- Propose value proposition to customers and manage product positioning.
- Generate RFQ, Quotations and Negotiations.
- Arrange sample trials and product validation by customers.
- Meeting customer requirements/ managing programs.
- Secure and stabilize business.
- Build strong relationship at all levels with customer.
- Supervise order execution and meeting of customer delivery expectations.
- Supervise payment s & reconcile monthly.
- Supervise customer wise stock & inventory.
