Hunger Inc. Hospitality · posted 1 month ago
As Community Manager at Hunger Inc., you will build meaningful relationships between Bombay Sweet Shop and the people who love it! You'll create experiences that bring customers together, develop strategic partnerships, and use community as a driver of brand affinity and business growth. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of community initiatives - from identifying opportunities and conceptualising experiences to executing events and measuring their impact.
Bombay Sweet Shop brings back the magic of mithai. We follow the sweet trail across India, then take its traditions, flip them on their head, and make something modern, handmade, and a little bit magic - from snappable Choco Butterscotch Barks to crunchy Chikki and everything in between.
You report to the Head of Content and work closely alongside the marketing team, as well as Bombay Sweet Shop’s operations team. You will also collaborate with our chefs, kitchen teams, store teams, and brand managers to bring out a smooth and memorable guest experience.
