Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Logistics Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring timely, efficient deliveries for our customers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily dispatches of Mumbai and Pan India orders, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate shipments.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for same-day orders, balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of orders.
Assign deliveries to in-house riders and third-party vendors, monitor progress, and address any delays or roadblocks.
Analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for cost reduction and service enhancement.
Resolve any logistical challenges quickly, ensuring orders are delivered without delays or issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, preferably in a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in shipments and order processing.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in logistics software and tools, including MS Excel, and eager to learn new systems.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
Strong familiarity with Mumbai city routes and traffic patterns, with the ability to use tools like Google Maps efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a logistics environment similar to Domino’s or experience in a retail operations setting.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
Ability to effectively analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience with logistics-related software and technology tools.
