About the role

THE ROLE

At The Bombay Canteen and O Pedro, we don’t just serve food; we create experiences. As a Guest Relations Executive, you’ll be the warm welcome at the door, the voice on the phone, and the one who ensures every guest feels like they’ve just walked into their favorite spot in the city. Whether it’s managing reservations or providing top-notch service, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a seamless, memorable experience every time.

You’ll join the Hunger Inc. family-home to some of Mumbai’s most talked-about spots, including The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Bombay Sweet Shop, and Papa’s-so yes, we’re kind of a big deal in the Mumbai food scene. But here’s the thing: it’s not just about the food. It’s about making people feel welcome, valued, and like they’re part of something special. And we need someone who can bring that vibe to life every day.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re not just someone answering phones or handling reservations-you’re the person who shapes the guest’s entire experience. You know how to balance professionalism with warmth, ensuring everyone feels right at home. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You have strong communication skills and can effortlessly handle guest inquiries while maintaining the highest standards of service. Whether you’re handling a special request or guiding someone through our latest menu, you know how to make each guest feel important.

If you’re the type of person who notices when a guest’s coffee order needs a top-up or remembers someone’s birthday from the last time they visited, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

YOUR TEAM

You’ll be part of an incredible team-working closely with the restaurant managers, captains, and service staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll inspire them with your passion for excellent service, and your ability to build relationships with both guests and your team. You’ll also collaborate with the Hunger Inc. crew-marketing, PR, and operations-to create memorable moments for our guests.

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

You’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager of your respective location-someone who shares your passion for delivering exceptional service, and together, you’ll ensure that The Bombay Canteen or O Pedro continue to be some of the best places to dine in Mumbai.

SKILLS
