F&B Associate

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Service Excellence: Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent service to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Support the Captains: Assist in setting up the restaurant, managing order delivery, and maintaining a smooth dining experience.
Manage Restaurant Setup: Ensure tables are properly set up and side stations are organized and stocked before and during service.
Ensure Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Promote Teamwork: Work closely with team members to support roles and keep the service flow seamless; collaboration is essential.
Adhere to Hunger Inc. Standards: Follow our service standards to contribute positively to each guest's dining experience daily.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant or similar hospitality role.
Communication: Strong communication skills for effective coordination between team members and guests.
POS Systems: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Team Player: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle pressure in busy settings.
Guest-Focused: A commitment to making guests feel special and delivering excellent service consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in high-volume dining establishments or upscale restaurants.
multilingual: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus in diverse dining environments.
Customer Service Training: Certification or training in customer service or hospitality management.
