We are looking for an experienced US healthcare recruiter who understands the US staffing market and can independently manage sourcing, screening and candidate coordination for non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare positions.
• Understand client requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other sourcing channels .
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, location, compensation and personality/overall fit .
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations through the offer and onboarding stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Consistently meet defined submission, interview, placement and turnaround-time targets .

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare .
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem and hiring practices .
• Experience recruiting for Non-IT business roles .
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and Boolean search.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates in the US market.
• Strong understanding of US time zones and work authorization terminology.
• Good negotiation and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment .
• Strong follow-up skills and a sense of ownership.
