Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic US Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Noida, specializing in Non-IT recruitment. This role is vital in enhancing our workforce by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent, particularly within the healthcare and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to Non-IT sectors, focusing primarily on healthcare and engineering.
• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various positions.
• Negotiate job offers and packages with candidates while ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment processes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce regular reports on recruitment metrics.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization and attract top Non-IT talent.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, specifically in Non-IT sectors.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing and engagement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on negotiation abilities.
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare or engineering domains is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring partners.
