Staff Accountant

Job description:

Key Responsibilities: 

Experience: 4–8 years of solid, hands-on experience of Accounts Payable. 

·    Core Accounts Payable: Manage the full-cycle AP process, including matching, coding, and entering invoices, as well as preparing weekly payment runs. 

·    Automation & Process Improvement: Partner with the team to implement, test, and streamline new AP automation tools, helping us transition away from manual data entry. 

      Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and inquiries professionally and efficiently. 

·    General Accounting: Month-end close procedures and journal entries, Balance sheet and bank reconciliations, General ledger maintenance and expense analysis.
