Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team and work closely with our esteemed client and advocate in Sec-104, Noida. This role is pivotal in preparing and drafting legal documents in both English and Hindi, ensuring high-quality representation in Noida courts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs in English and Hindi.
• Assist in case research and analysis to support litigation strategies and client objectives.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with our client and other legal professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to enhance legal competency and client service.

Requirements:

• Jurisdiction License to practice law in India.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents in both English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of court procedures and legal frameworks in Noida.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with legal software and case management systems.
• Fluency in additional languages besides Hindi and English.
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
