Role summary
Strategic, hands-on Salesforce business analyst role bridging GTM leadership and technology execution in a U.S. public-sector environment. The profile must combine deep Salesforce configuration knowledge with discovery, process design, change management, federal-sales understanding and executive-level stakeholder maturity.
Key responsibilities
· Partner with senior GTM stakeholders such as RevOps and Marketing Operations to align technology with business goals.
· Own discovery, requirements translation, functional specifications and scalable solution design end to end.
· Analyze current-state processes, recommend future-state improvements and identify cross-functional dependencies.
· Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and enhancements, including Flows, Case Management, Knowledge and Experience Sites.
· Lead change-management efforts, release planning, executive communication and adoption measurement.
· Influence technology roadmaps and prioritization based on strategic business value.
· Act as the U.S.-based bridge between public-sector GTM stakeholders and a broader global business-applications organization.
Core requirements
· 5+ years of progressive hands-on Salesforce experience.
· Deep Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and architecture knowledge.
· Hands-on ability to configure Salesforce Flows and automation.
· Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Articles and Experience Sites / Communities.
· Familiarity with data-management tools, iPaaS solutions and AppExchange integrations.
· Business-systems analysis exposure beyond Salesforce, such as Clari, Gainsight, marketing automation or CPQ.
· Solid understanding of U.S. federal sales cycles and contract structures, including multi-year deal modeling, Base + Option Years and federal ARR/TCV concepts.
· U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Preferred differentiators
· Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
· Experience supporting MSP contracts, vendor relationships, budgets and executive briefings.
· High-growth technology-company experience.
· Strong change-management and cross-functional roadmap influence.
