Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paycom Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the configuration, management, and continuous optimization of our Paycom platform. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, oversee benefits administration, and design customized billing and self-bill reports. You will act as the primary technical and operational expert, ensuring system accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution across all HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Paycom System Ownership & Configuration: Lead system planning, setup, and optimization across all Paycom modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent).

·         End-to-End Payroll Processing: Execute timely, accurate multi-state payrolls, managing taxes, garnishments, adjustments, and off-cycle runs.

·         Benefits & Plan Administration: Manage open enrollment, carrier integrations, plan configurations, and regular reconciliation of benefits deductions.

·         Billing & Self-Bill Reporting: Create and maintain robust self-bill reports, client/vendor billing audits, and customized financial reporting directly within Paycom.

·         Troubleshooting & Process Improvement: Act as the internal escalation point for complex technical issues, automated workflow updates, and audit requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         System Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience as a Paycom Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Administrator.

·         Payroll & HR Operations: Deep expertise in payroll processing, wage/tax compliance, and benefits plan management.

·         Reporting & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in building custom Paycom reports, specifically self-bill mechanisms, billing reconciliations, and payroll ledger exports.

·         Technical Acumen: Strong background in system configuration, business process design, and data integration troubleshooting.
