Implementation Project Manager

Job Description:

Need someone as a Project Manager with benefits experience in life & disability and implementing ( UKG / ADP/ Workday )

Our client is seeking an experienced UKG Consultant with a strong background in UKG solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Ready modules, ensuring smooth HR, payroll, and workforce management operations.

Responsibilities:

Ø   Lead configuration and deployment of solutions across HR, payroll, and timekeeping modules.

Ø   Project management implemented with UKG/ADP/Worday and experience in benefits like life & disability and all.

Ø   Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Ø   Provide technical and functional support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Ø   Conduct workflow assessments and recommend process improvements.

Ø   Create and maintain documentation for system design, configuration, and user training.

Ø   Coordinate with UKG support and internal IT teams for updates and integrations.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Ø   5+ years of hands-on experience with any HR platform - UKG/ADP/Workday.

Ø   Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, and time-management processes.

Ø   Proven experience with system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

Ø   Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ø   Experience with end-to-end implementations preferred.
