Gen AI Senior Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineer with over 9 years of overall experience and a strong background in AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. This role is pivotal in deploying cutting-edge AI solutions to our clients, bridging the gap between complex technical concepts and practical, client-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for deploying Generative AI solutions in various client environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement AI and ML algorithms using Python, focusing on enhancing efficiency and performance of existing systems.
Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations and documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain AI tools and frameworks, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects on time and within scope, focusing on client satisfaction and impact.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support during the deployment of AI solutions, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into organizational practices to enhance AI capabilities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning projects.
Proficiency in Python with a strong grasp of libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for translating technical information into layman's terms.
Demonstrated experience in deploying and maintaining AI solutions in real-world environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on innovative solutions.
Ability to work on-site with clients, fostering relationships to understand their unique challenges.
Relevant certifications in AI or Machine Learning are considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of how to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
Knowledge of data engineering practices and familiarity with big data technologies.
Proven track record of leading projects from conception through deployment and maintenance.
Experience in training or mentoring junior team members in AI concepts and tools.
