Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support the Partner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented,
efficient, and capable of managing diverse administrative responsibilities
with discretion. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations,
effective communication, and timely execution of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management:
Organize daily agendas, meetings, and events; manage logistics and
materials.

Communication & Correspondence:
Act as liaison with stakeholders; screen and prioritize calls/emails;
draft and proofread reports and proposals.

Travel Coordination:
Arrange flights, hotels, and itineraries; ensure seamless travel
logistics.

Meeting Preparation:
Prepare presentations/reports; take minutes and track action items.

Project Support:
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress on key initiatives.

Confidentiality & Data Management:
Maintain sensitive records with discretion; organize files and
documentation.

General Administration:
Handle expense reports, confidential documents, and event organization.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position

Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM in winters; 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM in summers)
