Executive Assistant to Founder
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Founder plays a pivotal role in driving
operational efficiency and organizational success. This position is designed
for a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage complex
schedules, support strategic initiatives, and enhance communication within the
executive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the Founder’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time
and prioritization of high-impact activities.

Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action
items to ensure accountability and advance projects.

Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal teams, facilitating
clear communication and alignment on company objectives.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of
professionalism in all interactions.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders,
showcasing data and insights that drive informed decision-making.

Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience
that maximizes efficiency and minimizes disruption.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative
role within a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar
