Associate – Procurement
Job Summary:
The Senior Associate – Procurement plays a vital role in ensuring the
efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process within the
organization. This position is responsible for executing end-to-end
Source-to-Pay activities while ensuring adherence to financial controls and
fostering strong internal stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle P2P process efficiency and execute end-to-end Source-to-Pay
activities.

Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and procedures across
procurement operations.

Support high-quality delivery and effective internal stakeholder management
through proactive engagement.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency to
enhance procurement workflows.

Ensure timely resolution of procurement and payment-related issues to
maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
-
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance & Accounting or a related
discipline.

3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting and/or Procurement
Operations.

Strong end-to-end P2P expertise, encompassing Purchase Requisition (PR),
Purchase Order (PO), and supplier lifecycle management.

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel Audit processes.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional
teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Concur, Ariba, and SAP applications is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective
collaboration.

Experience in vendor invoice verification, exception handling, and payment
processing.

Good understanding of procurement processes, compliance checks, and
lifecycle tracking.

Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail to ensure compliance and
accuracy in deliverables.
