Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms and web-based data solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with delivery ownership and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage a cross-functional team (7–9 members) including Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Full-Stack Developers, collaborate with onshore Solution Architects, and act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery for data platforms and web applications
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and solution architects to align delivery with business goals
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality, scalability, and performance
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and escalations
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide hands-on guidance when required
• Drive agile execution, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
• Ensure adherence to best practices in engineering, DevOps, and cloud architecture

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Hands-on exposure to both Frontend and Backend technologies
• Experience in building and delivering web applications and data platforms
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and pipelines
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

Delivery & Leadership Skills

• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery ownership
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (7+ members)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Background

• Candidates from Product-based companies or analytics-driven organizations (e.g., Practo, Tiger Analytics, or similar)
• Strong technical foundation with delivery leadership experience
• Candidates who can articulate solutions clearly and confidently
