Role: AI Engineer

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office)

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions to address business and data-driven use cases.

·        Develop and maintain end‑to‑end AI pipelines, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, and inference.

·        Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to operationalize AI solutions at scale.

·        Implement model integration and APIs for consumption by applications, analytics platforms, or business workflows.

·        Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and reliability in production environments.

·        Document AI architectures, assumptions, and deployment processes to support maintainability and auditability.

Must-Have Skills

·        Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

·        Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques.

·        Hands-on experience in building, training, tuning, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

·        Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG patterns, and model orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).

·        Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.

·        Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including model serving and monitoring.

·        Familiarity with MLOps practices such as CI/CD for models, versioning, experiment tracking, and performance monitoring.

·        Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
