JOB PURPOSE

To support in Fund raising, Banking, MIS & Accounting  function.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities	Performance Indicators
Liaising with Banks for fund raising initiatives.	Within the prescribed timelines
Submission of reports/Compliances with sanction conditions and obtaining approvals	Within the prescribed timelines
Assistance in treasury activities	Within the prescribed timelines
Preparation of Information Memorandum & Financial Projections	Within the prescribed timelines
Preparation of Schedules for payment of Operating Lease payments	Within the prescribed timelines
Co-ordination for lenders meeting and other approval requests	Within the prescribed timelines

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• Interact with bank personnel for issues related to bank financing
• Transfer and day to day banking related matters.
• Credit Rating Agencies

Trustee, Lenders Engineer, Insurance Advisors etc

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

All GGIAL Functional & Operational Teams including Senior Management

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Interaction with Banks for various fund raising activities and compliance to sanction terms

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Supporting Accounting, Banking, Compliance and MIS function.
• Interaction with Multi-dimensional stakeholders with appropriate grace, humility and teamwork.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA/CA (Inter)/ CA with <5 yrs exp

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 6 Yrs. of experience
• SAP Knowledge desirable
• Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
