Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to lead Aekom Legal’s branding and digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing the firm’s visibility, strengthening its brand identity, and driving engagement with clients and stakeholders through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, professional forums, etc.) to build brand presence.

Brand Management: Position Aekom Legal as a thought leader in the legal industry by crafting compelling narratives aligned with the firm’s values of integrity and bespoke solutions.

Content Creation: Collaborate with legal experts to produce high‑quality content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, and client success stories.

SEO & Analytics: Optimize digital assets for search engines and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure measurable ROI.

Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of webinars, conferences, and client engagement events to showcase expertise.

Stakeholder Communication: Design marketing collateral and presentations that effectively communicate Aekom Legal’s services and achievements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Digital Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

Branding Acumen: Strong understanding of brand positioning and corporate identity building.

Creative Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into engaging content.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and derive insights to refine marketing strategies.

Professional Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or legal industry marketing.
