. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design from NIFT, NID or any other reputed similar design institute.

2. 4–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet brand.

3. Strong expertise in Figma with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mock ups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.

4. Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first design approaches.

5. Experience working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

6. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects, showcasing problem-solving, design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and measurable business impact (e.g., improved conversion, engagement, or retention).

7. Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to analyze user behaviour, identify pain points, and iterate designs based on data and customer feedback.

8. Hands-on experience designing for web and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of responsive layouts, design consistency, and platform-specific guidelines.

9. Working knowledge of analytics and user behaviour tools such as Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Hotjar, Mix panel, or similar platforms to make data-driven design decisions and continuously optimize user experience.
