Project Coordinator - Solar

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of solar and BESS power projects (Utility-scale) from mobilization to commissioning.

• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Finance) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors).

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Coordinate site activities including civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning works.

• Support procurement planning and material delivery tracking to avoid site delays.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

• Will come out risk identification, issue resolution, and change management to the project head

• Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Support client coordination, site meetings, and progress review discussions.

• Maintain complete project documentation including BOQs, drawings, DPRs, MOMs, and handover documents.
