12 to 15 years in IT Telecom sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the design of integration solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Create comprehensive integration architectures, including data flows, integration patterns, and technology stacks, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to integration teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and integration strategies to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce integration standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Review and approve integration designs and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Drive innovation by recommending and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance integration capabilities and efficiency.
• Identify and assess technical risks and issues related to integration, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Ensure that integration solutions are robust, resilient, and capable of handling varying workloads and scenarios.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities by providing technical input and expertise.
• Participate in project reviews, providing recommendations for improvements based on integration insights and lessons learned.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using [specific technologies, e.g., API gateways, middleware platforms].
• Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies , such as TOGAF.
