About the Role

We are looking for a skilled US Statistical Reporting Analyst with strong experience in NAIC statutory and statistical reporting within the US Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory reports while ensuring compliance with NAIC guidelines and state insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file NAIC statutory and statistical reports for US insurance entities.
• Manage annual, quarterly, and supplemental regulatory filings accurately and within timelines.
• Handle state insurance filings, regulatory data calls, and support regulator queries.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and data teams to resolve reporting issues.
• Ensure compliance with NAIC Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and regulatory standards.
• Support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and process controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in US NAIC Statistical / Statutory Reporting.
• Strong understanding of NAIC reporting frameworks and statutory accounting principles.
• Experience in US Insurance domain – P&C, Life, or Health Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory filings and state insurance reporting.
• Ability to interpret NAIC instructions, state regulations, and statutory guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and financial reporting systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to reporting automation and process enhancement initiatives.
• Prior experience supporting regulatory audits and examinations.
