Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms. This role will involve leading a team of engineers to build intelligent applications leveraging modern AI tools, cloud-native technologies, and data platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong cloud architecture expertise with hands-on development and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Cloud Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using cloud platforms.

• Build and integrate solutions using modern AI frameworks and services such as Amazon Bedrock , Azure OpenAI Service , or other AI tools.

• Develop scalable and secure applications leveraging cloud-native architectures.

Cloud Architecture & Development

• Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services , Microsoft Azure , or Google Cloud Platform .

• Design microservices-based solutions using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes .

• Lead application migration initiatives from on-premise systems to cloud environments.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud and AI developers through the full software development lifecycle.

• Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in coding, security, and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration & Requirement Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Analyze user needs and define system features, architecture, and technical specifications.

Performance Optimization & Problem Solving

• Identify system bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.

• Recommend optimal technical solutions by evaluating build vs. buy options and different architecture approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in cloud-based application development .

• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI tools and frameworks .

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and backend development.

• Experience with containerization and microservices architecture .

• Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure .

• Experience working with both external and embedded databases .

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing AI solutions using tools like Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service .

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain .
