Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager/DGM to manage financial
planning, accounting, project finance, cash-flow management, taxation,
compliance, and commercial finance activities for our renewable energy
business. The role will work closely with senior management, project
teams, procurement, commercial, operations, lenders, auditors, customers,
and vendors to ensure strong financial control and profitable execution of
renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare annual budgets, project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor project-wise revenue, costs, margins, cash flows, and
profitability.

Develop MIS and management dashboards covering financial and operational
KPIs.

Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.

Provide financial insights to management for business and investment
decisions.
2. Renewable Project Finance

Monitor project-wise financial performance from development through
execution and commissioning.
- Prepare project cash-flow projections and funding requirements.

Evaluate project IRR, payback period, and other financial metrics.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investors, and
other funding partners.

Monitor project drawdowns, repayments, interest costs, and financing
covenants.

Assist in evaluating CAPEX and OPEX assumptions for solar projects.
3. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly cash-flow forecasts.

Manage working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory-related
cash requirements.
- Track customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely vendor payments while optimizing cash utilization.
- Monitor project-specific cash requirements and funding gaps.

Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and reduce
working-capital cycles.
4. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting and closure of books.
- Review general ledger, project accounting, revenue
