Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Architect to lead data platform
modernization and migration initiatives. This role focuses on designing
scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures that enable advanced
analytics, robust data products, and enterprise-wide data-driven
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement modern, scalable data architectures supporting
analytics and data products.
- Lead data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to define and
deliver the data and analytics roadmap.

Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value analytics solutions aligned to
business objectives.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products, from business analysis
to deployment and retirement of legacy systems.

Apply appropriate analytics techniques (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive,
prescriptive) to solve complex challenges.

Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for
senior stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional data teams.
Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in designing and implementing modern enterprise data
platforms.

Strong foundation in data architecture principles, data modeling, and data
product development.

Hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms, including Azure Data
Services and Databricks.

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of data governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory
compliance.
