Job Title: Test Strategy Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Strategy Lead to own the end-to-end testing and quality strategy for a large-scale, regulated program. The role will be responsible for defining automation-first and AI-enabled testing approaches, covering functional, integration, performance, security, and regulatory testing.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test strategy, quality governance, test automation, CI/CD integration, and release readiness reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, architecture, DevOps, and delivery teams to ensure stable, compliant, and scalable releases while driving shift-left quality practices across the program.
