Manager / Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
As a Manager / Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at EXL Services, you will
play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by developing and executing
strategic recruitment initiatives. You will lead a talented team, drive
innovative sourcing strategies, and enhance the candidate experience to
attract top talent across various domains, ultimately contributing to the
organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, enhancing their skills
through training and best practices in talent acquisition.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify, engage, and hire
top talent in alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and create
job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

Utilize data-driven metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment
strategies and make ongoing improvements.

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and
networks to enhance candidate sourcing capabilities.

Drive initiatives to promote employer branding and improve the overall
candidate experience.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations while
maintaining a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a
significant focus on managerial roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge of talent
acquisition technologies and tools.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and
performance-driven culture.

Experience utilizing data analytics to influence hiring decisions and
optimize recruitment processes.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideally
within the BPO or consulting sector.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship
management (CRM) tools.

Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is a plus.

Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends and technologies, including
AI and machine learning applications in hiring.

Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships across
various industry platforms and events.
