About the role
- Lead EHS oversight for all O&M solar and wind sites across India .
- Ensure consistent implementation of O&M safety standards, systems, and SOPs across sites.
- Act as the central SPOC for O&M safety governance from HO.
- Plan and conduct periodic O&M site safety audits and reviews.
- Track non-conformities and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Develop and manage EHS MIS dashboards for O&M operations.
- Analyze safety data, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Head – Safety and senior management. Support sites in improving safety performance and compliance maturity.
