Must have Skills: Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA, Hibernate, Maven, Cloud, React and /Or Angular, SQL, AI Experience, Camunda BPM/ Workflow orchestration

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate, along with frontend development experience in ReactJS and/or Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while driving technical excellence and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and JPA/Hibernate.

· Develop and enhance responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and/or Angula r, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Own application modules end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.

· Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.

· Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives around performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
