Chief Security Officer

Experience

Senior experience in cyber security, corporate security, operational resilience, risk management or a related discipline.
•
Experience working in a captive, shared services, financial services, insurance, healthcare, outsourcing or regulated environment.
•
Experience managing security across multiple countries or delivery centres.
•
Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and present security risk clearly.
•
Experience leading or contributing to major incident response, crisis management or resilience exercises.
•
Experience managing third-party security risk and supplier access risks.
•
Strong understanding of security governance, policy implementation and control assurance.
•
Experience working with technology, operations and business teams to remediate risk.
•
Track record of building or improving security operating models.
