Lead EHS function across all sites to achieve USD 500 Million with 0 Accident, 0 Incident, 0 Defect
Build and maintain robust EHS systems, standards, infrastructure, and culture across plants, projects, R&D and HO
Drive continuous EHS performance improvement
Ensure total compliance with applicable EHS laws and regulations
Head overall EHS function and provide direction to the EHS team
Implement and monitor Work Permit System (Factory Act 1948 Section 36A & MFR rules):
Hot work
Confined space entry
Excavation
Working at height
Hazardous work
Loading/unloading hazardous substances
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and inspections
Implement EHS management programs and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audit requirements
Conduct EHS training and orientation programs
Prepare and update Emergency Management Plan and conduct mock drills
Provide EHS inputs for new projects and expansions
Coordinate with Operations, Product Development & Projects
Prepare and track EHS budgets
Maintain Occupational Health Centre & Ambulance services
Monitor patient illness trends and report in management reviews
Conduct 6-monthly and annual medical checkups
Maintain statutory Form No. 7
Manage Environment Management Plan (Air, Water, Hazardous Waste)
Operate and maintain ZLD Effluent Treatment Plant (MEEs, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary/Biological treatment, RO)
Ensure hazardous waste storage and disposal compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Pollution Control Board
Factory Act
PESO
Other EHS regulations
Create EHS MIS reports
Maintain EHS documentation
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001

Mandatory:
