Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow admin and developer to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance of the platform.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow team.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and IT service management best practices.
• Monitor performance and user adoption, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to manage contracts and ServiceNow licensing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) using ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflows.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• ITIL Certification

Please note SPM module experience is a must for this role. ITSM+SPM (combination- mandatory)
