Head of Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)

We are hiring a Head – Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) who will report directly to the Chief Learning Officer (CLO). In this role, you will lead our corporate training strategy and leadership programs. Your main jobs will be to manage Management & Potential Development, deliver Behavioural & Communication training, and oversee the LMS platform. Your ultimate goal is to build a strong talent pipeline and prepare managers to drive business growth. To succeed, you must use a data-driven approach to measure how training improves business performance and have excellent communication skills to work smoothly with corporate executives.

The ideal candidate must have 12 to 15 years of L&D and OD leadership experience, with a clear track record of building corporate leadership programs. We prefer leaders from fast-paced corporate sectors like FMCG, QSR, Retail, or Integrated Agribusiness. You should hold a Master’s degree in HR or Business from a top institute, possess deep expertise in team culture transformation, and have the ability to quickly turn high-level business goals into practical training programs.
