Job Summary:

The Head of Land Acquisition will spearhead efforts to identify, negotiate, and secure land for renewable energy projects in Gurgaon. This pivotal role will directly impact the organization’s growth trajectory and its commitment to sustainable energy solutions, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and in alignment with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the land acquisition strategy by identifying potential sites and negotiating land lease agreements for renewable energy developments.
• Coordinate with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all land acquisition laws and environmental regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, including title searches, zoning assessments, and environmental impact analyses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and community stakeholders to foster goodwill and facilitate successful negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, legal, and environmental experts to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management, detailing rationale and projected impacts on the organization’s project portfolio.
• Monitor industry trends and engage in continuous market analysis to identify new opportunities for land acquisition.
