Job description/skillsets required for case management role

• Must have prior experience of underwriting support/case management (US Life insurance)

• Must be aware with new business life cycle / life of an application (US Life insurance)

• Must be aware of pre-issue and post issue requirements.

• Good to have knowledge of life insurance terminologies.

• Communication skills (Written and verbal)

• Keep thorough records of all communications, decisions, and actions taken.

• Identify and focus on high-priority tasks and communications.

• Use your experience and knowledge to anticipate potential needs or questions that producers/client might not be aware of.

• Take full ownership of own deliverables, work well with the team to achieve overall targets, consider the bigger picture and the importance of the process.
• Corresponding with customers in a manner that is clear and concise (both via e-mail).
• Proactively managing own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.

·        Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail.

·        Highly motivated, proactive, self-starter; must be able to work independently as well as be an effective team player.

·        Must be flexible to work in US shift
