Process Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Knowledge of complete Process basic and detail Engineering including Process simulations, Design calculations, Specifications, Data sheets, Verification of FEED design & calculations, Process optimization, Sizing & Selection of equipment’s, Process Flow Diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control philosophies, Shut-down philosophies

• Review of all safety studies- HAZID, HAZOP, SIL etc and providing engineering inputs

• Review & preparation of process related RFQ’s, Technical Bid Analysis

• Review of vendor’s drawings/ documents, data sheets, specifications and calculations

• Plant Performance Analysis and Monitoring

• Trouble shooting of Plant Trip analysis and preparation of reports.

• Maintain Safety and Healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards & procedures and complying with Legal regulations.

• Understanding of International Standards & Procedures.

Education and Experience:

·        B.Tech (Chemical)

·        5 -7 years
