AM- Contingent Labour Sourcing Operations

Designation – Associate Expert (Associate Manager)

Years of Experience – 6 years +, relevant experience in contingent labour sourcing 3+ years

Job Location – Pune

Shifts – 12:30 pm to 9 pm

Scope of responsibilities:

• Sourcing:
  1. Manage the sourcing process for temporary resources and contractors via AXA VMS tool in line with AXA instructions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and address their staffing requests efficiently.
  3. Strong understanding of the market to secure the best rates and value for the organization.
• Onboarding:
  1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new contingent labor resources, ensuring a smooth integration within the company.
  2. Provide instructions to the business stakeholders to create purchase request in Coupa for new resources onboarded or mission extensions.
• Offboarding :
  1. Oversee the offboarding process for departing contingent labor resources, including knowledge transfer.
• Follow-up Renewal :
  1. Monitor contract/mission end dates and manage renewals with both stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Timesheeting :
  1. Ensure accurate tracking of days worked by contingent labor resources through timesheet submissions.
  2. Monitor and control.
• Data and Reporting :
  1. Ensure data quality at any time in all systems used.
  2. Deliver reports on time and on quality – both recurring reporting and ad hoc on demand reporting.
• Relationship Management :
  1. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationship through effective formal engagements and informal interactions. 
  2. Manage relationship with vendors at operational level.  Organize regular meetings/alignments to discuss areas for improvement in BAU activities.

Profile :

1. Multilingual: Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
2. Bachelor's degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience on the field”.
3. Min 3 years’ experience in contingent labour procurement and sourcing or recruitment. 
   Work experience in a Contingent Labor MSP is a plus.
4. A proactive, customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on stakeholder needs.
5. Strong coordination and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting purposes.
8. Results-driven, agile, and pragmatic mindset with a track record of developing impactful relationships.
