Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the preparation of legal strategies in civil suits and arbitration.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and arbitration proceedings to advocate for their interests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide insightful recommendations based on case law.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in civil litigation and arbitration.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and arbitration processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts.
