Mandatory Skills	Procurement and/or Supply Management, Tools Support, Contract Management, Power BI, Excel, Stakeholder Management

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Procurement Admin Tools support with Contract Management.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Take a proactive leadership role in supporting end-users by providing clear guidance, and timely assistance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Silva tickets for CLP and France which are user inquiries, proactive.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of system errors or disruptions, coordinating with technical teams.
• Link with both Tools Analyst and Head of Procurement Transformation on any issues that cannot be resolved.
• Develop and implement communication strategies with Head of Procurement Transformation to inform.
• Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend process or system improvements.
• Document common issues, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices, creating knowledge bases and.
• Collaborate closely with onshore teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate system upgrades, tests.
• Work with Tools Analyst on user adoption initiatives and organize training sessions to empower users.
• Ensure data is tracked and is accurate within Tools. Work with Tools Analyst to increase data quality, clean.
• Work as Lead for Tools linking project, aligning with other and thinking of implementing useful non-block.

Required Skills:

1. Stakeholder management and Customer centricity
2. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines manage multiple requests simultaneously
3. Extensive knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Power point)
4. Excellent Communication skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently when necessary.
7. Proficient in using procurement software and tools (Example: Coupa, Coupa Analytics, Salesforce (Contract))
8. Experience in Power Bi reporting would be an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.

Education:

Masters/Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent. Masters/Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
