BC Jindal Group is a diversified conglomerate having business interests in Flexible Packaging Films, Steel and Power. Group has decided to enter into Chemical Business and has initiated green field project with international technical collaboration.

Job Profile
1. Overall responsible for executing phase wise business plan including project commissioning, technical tie-up, leadership team hiring, market development, adhering to industry regulations, etc. 2. Lead & supervise leadership team of functional heads 3. Lay down business systems & processes4. Achievement of agreed business goals5. Stakeholder management - internal and external
Candidate Profile
1. The ideal candidate should have techno-commercial background with strong orientation towards data and analytical decision making. 2. Should have about 15 years of relevant experience out of which atleast last 5 years should have been responsible as Project Head of minimum Rs. 1000 crore business. 3. Exposure of commissioning of a greenfield project will be an advantage.
