Short JD:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Project Cost Controller with strong experience in project controls, cost management, and construction project execution . The role involves supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and ensuring timely project delivery with quality and compliance .

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedules, cost tracking, and change management
• Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and MIS
• Handle investment tracking, cash flow monitoring, and budget analysis
• Coordinate with design, procurement, site teams, contractors, and vendors
• Track tendering, procurement, logistics, and delivery timelines
• Ensure proper documentation, project closure, and financial closure
• Support internal audits, contract review, and compliance activities
