such as software, hardware, IT services, professional services, travel, etc.
In this role, you will act as a key orchestrator, collaborating closely with
IT and General expenses (Non-IT) Category Managers and cross-functional

streamline contract workflows, eliminate process bottlenecks, and accelerate
contract cycle times while maintaining organizational compliance and risk
standards.
Key Responsibilities & Core Accountabilities:
-
Contract Negotiation & Execution
-
Collaborate with Category Managers / Onshore team to drive contract
clause negotiations with vendors.
-
Analyse vendor redlines and propose balanced fallback positions based
on organizational policy and standard procurement playbooks.
-
Cross-Functional SME Orchestration & Process Flow
-
Act as the single point of contact and central orchestrator between
Buyers / Category Managers, vendors, and internal due diligence SMEs
(Legal, InfoSec, Risk, Data privacy, Compliance).
-
Consolidate fragmented redlines into a unified organizational
response, eliminating circular reviews and siloed feedback loops.
-
Pipeline Governance & Transactional Acceleration
-
Establish and maintain active tracking of the end-to-end contract
pipeline, logging exact draft ownership and next actions for all
active agreements.
-
Implement proactive escalation protocols to address non-responsive
stakeholders or legacy bottlenecks exceeding baseline cycle times.
-
Continuous Improvement & Governance Frameworks
-
Capture negotiation friction points to assist in building and refining
standard contract playbooks, clause fallback libraries, and intake
workflows.
-
Assessment Tracking & Contract Management Tools (Process Unity &
Contract-in)
-
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in both Process Unity and
Contract-in tools, guaranteeing completeness and reliability of
information at each stage of the process.
-
Oversee the proper registration of contracts in Contract-in (file
creation, version tracking, archiving of signed documents) in
coordination with Category Managers.
-
Track the progress of assessments conducted by each SME (Legal,
InfoSec, Data Privacy, Compliance, Risk), ensuring deadlines are met
and following up with stakeholders when necessary.
-
Maintain a consolidated and up-to-date view of each assessment status
to facilitate decision-making and prevent bottlenecks in the contract
cycle.
Experience:
-
5 – 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management and
Negotiations within a multinational corporate environment.
-
Strong familiarity with IT and Non-IT category contracts (SaaS, Cloud
Infrastructure, Managed Services, IT Consulting, Software, Hardware,
Professional services, Travel etc).
-
Proven ability to coordinate, align, and hold accountable cross-functional
teams (Legal, InfoSec, Data privacy, Business Stakeholders) without direct
formal authority.
-
Operational Discipline: Rigorous organizational and pipeline management
skills; experience operating in structured SLA and KPI-driven
environments.
