About the role

Job Role Civil and Structural Engineer

Candidates should have 5-7 yrs. of experience in designing civil and structural engineering of ground Mount MW scale projects.
Responsible for pre-bid engineering work, including feasibility studies, land selection support decisions and preliminary design work.
Analysis, Design of structures in solar plant, process plant (e.g.-Module mounting structure design, Control room, Inverter room, civil & Structural drawings, Solar Plant Civil infrastructure drawings and design, Fence, Road, Precast wall & drainage etc.)
Prepare Technical specifications like, Civil I&C Scope of work, Drone Survey, Hydrology study, Contour, MMS, soil study etc.
Review soil investigation report, Topo report, Hydrology report, storm water drainage calculation, Civil I&C scope of work etc.
Preparation of Civil, Structure Design basis document.
Review of vendors’ design and documents.
Experience in managing client expectations and delivering solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration

B. Tech (Civil and Structural)

Experience of design and engineering of civil and structural elements of a PV plant and/or power evacuation system design and engineering
Expert proficiency in the design of steel structures, especially module mounting structures.
High level of experience in engineering and design of RCC structures.
Knowledge of hydrology studies, geotechnical investigations, pull out test and contour surveys.
Knowledge of IS/IEC codes and industry practices.
Expert proficiency in the use of STAAD & RCDC software.
Hands-On Working Knowledge of related software such as AUTOCAD, MS Office, Power BI etc.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Very good skills at time and people management
