Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (DGCA B1/B2)
Job Summary:
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (DGCA B1/B2), you will be pivotal in
ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet, primarily comprising Airbus and
Boeing aircraft. This role involves executing maintenance checks,
troubleshooting issues, and implementing safety protocols, thereby ensuring
the highest standards of aircraft safety and efficiency across our operations
in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance on Airbus and Boeing aircraft,
adhering strictly to DGCA regulations.

Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical malfunctions on a variety of
aircraft systems.

Prepare and complete maintenance records and reports in compliance with
regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the flight operations team to schedule maintenance
activities with minimal disruption to flight schedules.

Implement preventive maintenance measures to enhance aircraft reliability
and performance.

Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship
and compliance with safety standards.

Respond promptly to in-flight maintenance issues and contribute to effective
troubleshooting and solutions.
Requirements:

Valid DGCA B1/B2 License with endorsements on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance engineering,
preferably with a focus on commercial aviation.

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and
troubleshooting procedures.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to
safety standards.

Effective communication skills for collaboration across various teams and
reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with operational maintenance in multiple locations, particularly
in India.

Certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or equivalent efficiency
training.

Knowledge of aviation regulatory standards beyond DGCA, such as EASA or FAA.
