Planning Engineer-AM/Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, and integration of major sub-contractor’s schedule.

• Work closely with Owner, Designers and Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of construction projects using Primavera.

• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.

• Preparation of L2 , L3, L4 Schedule ,Planning and Scheduling using Primavera.

• Preparation of critical path and projected date of closure. Analysis of project progress and identification of high-risk areas.

• Mitigation for the present and upcoming project risks with timeframe and responsibility matrix.

• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline.

• Revision of plans based on root cause analysis of the delays, and prepare catch up plans.

• Resource planning.

• Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report and look ahead schedule

• Analysis of project documents to identify potential project impacts.

• Gather and analyse information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.

• Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress required.

• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.

Education and Experience:

·        B.Tech

·       5 -7 years

·        Proficient with scheduling software e.g. Primavera P6.
