Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to
manage financial and administrative tasks while supporting key operational
functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of
Operations to ensure seamless execution of finance, administration, and HR
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:

Manage invoices, including approvals, payments, receivables, and
payables.

Coordinate with the core finance and accounts team to ensure accurate
financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and support audits.

Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Excel.
Administration:
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Implement and improve administrative processes.
Data Analysis & Dashboarding:

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to
support business decisions.

Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into key performance
indicators (KPIs).

Identify trends, highlight risks/opportunities, and present insights to
management.
Project Management:

Support end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of internal
projects (e.g., office setup, process automation, system
implementations).

Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful
project completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth
delivery of outcomes.

Document processes, create project reports, and highlight progress to
stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post-graduate in Commerce/Accounting.

Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools
preferred.
- Proven experience in finance, administration, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to
detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with budgeting tools and financial software.
- Knowledge of Finance and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT and facility management.
